thats all very lovely, except the part about not showing if your feelings are hurt, that just doesnt seem right to me. thats dishonest. with oneself and others.

For those like Crystal (April 10, 2010). Many of us have gone on to the bitter ends and flip flopped for many years. No relief will come from outside sources for inside problems. We on our own must see that we have hit bottom. We must admit to only ourselves 100 percent beyond doubt that we have become exactly what step one suggests. No relief will come until then. I have tired it all to fix my problem and been in and out of the program for years and failed to see that my own admission was the relief I needed. I have admitted this and do it everyday. What helped me to make my admission 100 percent was knowing what powerlessness and unmanageable was. I had to know this and connect it to my inner life (thought,feelings and responses) and why I drank and used (for power to live and manage). This is the beginning of the way out and towards a place we never knew or experienced…”Peace and Serenity”.

Just for To-day if i maintain my spiritual condition o k (which means close contact with my HP of my understanding) the alcohol cunning baffling powerful could not wrap me. thank to AA for the awareness.

i have lost my kids, house, and owe on bills. i never thought my addiction would get this far so fast. i need help to fight this addiction and get my life back together. if anyone has any suggestions plez post them up. putting at the end of ur message 4HNA thank you!!!!!
